Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Appointments: Confirming service appointments, rescheduling no-shows, and coordinating with the service department.
  • Managing Customer Inquiries: Providing information about services, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Following Up with Customers: Checking in with customers after service visits to ensure they are happy with the service provided and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintaining Customer Records: Updating customer information, logging details of interactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Promoting Service Offers: Informing customers about current promotions, service packages, and other relevant offers.
