Responsibilities

• Take incoming Sales and Service calls
• Set appointments for Salespeople
• Lead follow up/Appointment confirmation
• Make Outbound calls from Leads
• Track your Lead/Show/Sale percentages
• Set Service Appointments/Confirm set Service Appointments
• Follow up with ALL unsold Leads
• Follow up with ALL Missed Appointment Customers
