Empire Automotive Group is seeking to fill multiple positions within their Business Development Center (BDC), including a BDC Manager, Assistant BDC Manager, and several BDC Representatives/Internet Sales Representatives. The primary focus of these roles is to manage a centralized BDC that handles sales and service inquiries across multiple rooftops. Candidates will receive immediate and ongoing training, and while automotive knowledge is beneficial, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
