Galpin Motors is looking for a BDC Caller to join our Galpin Ford team located in the heart of beautiful North Hills, CA. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy - excel and software navigation
Phone Etiquette
10 key typing ability

Nice To Haves

Dealership experience highly preferred
Call Center experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

Start the day by reviewing any new leads or messages that came in overnight and create the schedule and tasks for the day.
Make outbound calls and emails to follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase yet.
Following the scheduled cadence by the CRM Momentum.
Send follow-up text messages to customers who have provided their phone numbers and opted in for text communications.
Bring potential customers to the attention of the salesperson or internet manager, highlighting relevant details and notes from previous interactions.
Update CRM records with any new information or developments.
