  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services for both the Sales and Service Departments.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints and/or directing them to the right department.
  • Process orders and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Setting and achieving targeted goals focused on driving customer traffic from the internet into the dealership.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in BDC / customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency with computers and various software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience.
