About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Service BDC Coordinator for our multi-dealership company. The coordinator plays one of the most important roles in which communication with the customer may be the start of a relationship between the dealership and the customer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and scheduling service appointments for our dealership. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our service department to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Our coordinators handle many types of calls, must be efficient, must be able to multi-task with various programs, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to speak clearly and engage with the customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus!!

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling service check-ins and coordinating with the service department.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Manage your time with the customer and remain on track and productive.
  • Be able to communicate with service advisors and associates.
  • Make outbound efforts to existing customers.
  • Must be able to work the entire shift assigned.
