The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up, and tracking all customers for the parts, service, and sales departments within the dealership. This role involves gathering accurate customer information for a continual follow-up and retention database, maintaining knowledge of product information, sales pricing, and dealership events. The administrator will utilize computer and phone skills within the Internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention by scheduling appointments from various leads including call-ins, floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, and service/parts customers.
