The Quality Rotational Program at BD is designed to provide new graduates with an opportunity to spend the first three years of their careers rotating through three different areas of Quality, including New Product Development or Sustaining Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, and Quality Systems throughout the United States. In each rotation, associates will work closely with Quality engineers and cross-functional partners such as Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs, thereby expanding their BD network. Each role is meaningful and rewarding, with associates contributing significantly to the design, development, or manufacturing of BD products. The program also includes various networking events, career development sessions, and team-building activities. Upon completion of the program, Quality Rotational Associates will transition into full-time positions within one of the BD Quality groups based on their interests and business needs. Potential rotation locations include Columbus, NE; Sparks, MD; Tempe, AZ; Covington, GA; and Franklin Lakes, NJ, with more locations being added each year. The Quality Rotational Associate experience is enriched with business impact, diversity, mentoring and development, and leadership visibility, all aimed at empowering early-career professionals through immersive learning focused on the critical role quality plays at BD and in the medical device industry.
