About The Position
The BCT System Specialist is the major contributor responsible and accountable to ensure the accurate, timely implementation of product/benefit offerings as requested by business units of the corporation. This data and information are analyzed, maintained, and stored in the Product Machine system and within Plan Configurator. These data elements are continually and consistently used by all corporate disciplines in making business decisions as they relate to sales and service to our customers (both insureds and providers). They also relate to the impact of continued growth and competitive product/benefit offerings to our customers, responsiveness to both state and federal regulatory bodies, and provide opportunities to enhance our corporate image. This position is eligible to work onsite, remote, or hybrid (9 or more days a month onsite) in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.
