Responsibilities

  • Lead MarTech IT Architects at BCG Platinion.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team players to seek alignment and establish relationships.
  • Drive novel solutions rooted in complexity as technical experts.
  • Comfortably navigate ambiguity and work through the unknown.
  • Act as change agents to implement new processes and toolsets.
  • Advocate for agile methodologies to tackle challenges and implement change.
  • Envision novel design patterns for technology solutions as innovative thinkers.
  • Serve as a resource on IT Architecture and act as a hands-on practitioner.
  • Work closely with senior client stakeholders to build hypothesis-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement marketing technology projects.
  • Assess and recommend MarTech solutions for business needs.
  • Ensure optimized integration of MarTech tools with existing platforms.
  • Design solution, application, and data architecture to maximize marketing impact.
  • Support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Restructure IT processes and organization.
  • Design work packages/modules in IT implementation projects.
  • Craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members.
  • Drive innovation and assist with business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing, business administration, computer science, information systems, or system controls & engineering.
  • 6+ years of technology consulting or software engineering experience.
  • More than 3+ years in architecture discipline.
  • Proficiency with MarTech tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives.
  • Extensive technical expertise in marketing platforms, digital advertising, cloud technologies, integration methodologies, databases, data analytics, application modernization, and process automation.
  • An agile mindset and willingness to travel.
