About The Position

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. The BCBA will work closely with clients, families, and a team of professionals to ensure effective and compassionate care.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field
• Certification from the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• In-depth knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of ABA therapy
• Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Must be willing to travel to clients' homes, schools, and other community settings as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify individuals' strengths and areas of need
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals
• Implement evidence-based interventions using the principles of ABA
• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in various settings, such as homes and schools
• Train and supervise other ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Collect and analyze data using Central Reach to measure progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
