Action Behavior Centers is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in Cibolo, TX. Our BCBAs play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to children on the autism spectrum. We offer a competitive salary range of $79,000 to $110,000 per year, which includes bonuses based on experience. Our structured career and compensation growth pathways allow BCBAs to advance from positions such as Sr. BCBA to Clinical Director and beyond, providing clear promotional opportunities within the organization.
