About The Position
Treetop ABA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA) to join our Arizona team in an in-clinic role. This position allows you to work directly with children, families, and technicians in a structured, supportive clinic environment designed for collaboration and high-quality care. Requirements
- Active BCBA and AZ LBA certification (required)
- Strong communication, coaching, and data analysis skills
- A passion for delivering meaningful, client-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a structured, clinic-based environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and track progress using data-driven strategies
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians in the clinic setting
- Collaborate with families and caregivers on goals and progress
- Complete clinical documentation and planning tasks onsite
- Manage a balanced caseload that includes 3 evening cases (3 PM–8 PM)
- Stay current with ABA best practices and research
