CSD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its innovative ABA program, which is dedicated to clinical quality and client experience. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, strategic oversight, and team mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA services. The role involves overseeing ABA programs, supporting and coaching Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists, reviewing treatment plans and documentation, ensuring compliance, leading training initiatives, and partnering with leadership on various initiatives.
