Requirements

  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Passionate about ethical, person-centered ABA
  • Comfortable supervising RBTs and collaborating with teams

Nice To Haves

  • School-based or community-based experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide clinical supervision and coaching to RBTs and support staff
  • Collaborate with caregivers, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Lead social skills groups and promote prosocial behavior
  • Apply assent-based and trauma-informed practices in all service delivery
