TES Academy in Fairlawn, Ohio is seeking dedicated BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Specialists to join our mission-driven team. 💼 Position Details: 📘 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 💰 $6,760 – $7,553.91/month 📗 Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) 💰 $24.50 – $30.43/hour Salary is based on experience, credentials, education, and language skills used in the role (50%+ bilingual application). 🏫 About TES Academy TES Academy is a non-public charter school trusted by many Northeast Ohio school districts to support students requiring intensive behavioral and educational services. Students range in age from 3 to 21 and have various academic and functional skill levels. With small class sizes, low student-to-staff ratios, and a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team, we prioritize personalized learning, positive intervention strategies, safety and growth. Requirements

  • Valid BCBA or BCaBA licensure
  • Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
  • Current TB test (within the last 12 months)
  • Must pass BCI/FBI background check
  • Reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance (25/50k coverage)
  • Must be able to physically intervene, when necessary
