About The Position

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Do you enjoy working with children? Requirements

Master's Degree
State BCBA License

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and other team members
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers
