About The Position

Were looking for a Full -Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and help deliver high-quality, ethical, and practical ABA services that make a real difference for clients and families. In this role, you'll provide clinical oversight and leadership—conducting assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, supervising RBTs/BTs, and partnering closely with caregivers and school/community stakeholders as needed. Requirements

Current BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB)
Masters degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Science, Human Development, Social Work, or a related field
Demonstrated competence in behavior management, instructional design, written and verbal communication, and professional collaboration
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
Conduct assessments and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and create behavior plans
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Working with the behavior technicians to ensure that all treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively
Supervise all RBTs and provide ongoing coaching
Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data
Provide ongoing training to staff concerning the appropriate use of crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques
Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
Monthly clinical case conferences with RBTs
Submit accurate documentation in a timely manner
