Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Monett, MO | Full-Time | Starting at $66,240/year (Experience-based pay available) with $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for hires new to the organization! Requirements
- Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA & Missouri LBA (in good standing)
- 1+ year experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses
- Strong communication and data skills
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups
- Conduct FBAs and analyze data
- Train caregivers and supervise RBTs, ABA Specialists & practicum students
- Lead staff trainings and collaborate with families
