About The Position

ABA Therapy Partners is looking for a part-time BCBA for supervision and assessments. Responsibilities: Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Techs. Conduct weekly in-home, and remote supervision sessions. Establish trust and rapport with parents in order to maintain positive relationships. Utilize analytical skills in order to recognize and define goals for each individualized case. Analyze behavioral data. Develop lesson plans and training materials according to parent training curriculum Increase parent participation in child's program development and implementation Collaborate with Clinical Directors, current Parent Trainer, Supervisors, and Behavior Therapist/RBT Trainer to discuss treatment and areas of improvement pertaining to each client. Assist in conducting FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports. Perform administrative duties and other tasks, as needed. Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate. Maintain professionalism when representing the company by working cooperatively and courteously with clinical team members.

Requirements

  • Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board REQUIRED
  • At least 2 years of ABA supervisory experience
  • In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field
  • Problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills
  • Patient, compassionate, and approachable
  • Demonstrates cultural sensitivity
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Time management, organization, and documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with FBAs and report writing a plus
  • Vendorization with Anthem and Aetna preferred
