Work directly with clients in their homes while having the freedom to complete planning, documentation, and collaboration remotely. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and LBA license
- Experience in in-home or hybrid ABA service delivery
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Client-focused, outcomes-driven mindset
- Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Partner with families to ensure consistent, effective care
- Complete documentation and maintain clinical quality
- Stay current on best practices and developments in the field
