About The Position

Little Rays ABA is a family-centered therapy provider dedicated to helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reach their fullest potential. We deliver high-quality ABA services built on compassion, communication, and individualized care. Our mission is to support both children and families through evidence-based treatment and strong community partnerships. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Plant City location. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing treatment programs, supervising behavior technicians, and partnering with families to create positive, lasting outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing ABA organization with a collaborative and supportive team.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping children with ASD and their families
  • Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency
  • Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary
  • Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards
