About The Position

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a home care developmental service provider to hire a BCBA (limited permit candidates welcome) to provide home-based services for a teenage client in Brooklyn, NY 11221. This is a part-time, weekday evening position (Monday–Friday from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM), offered as an independent contractor (1099) role. The BCBA will work one-on-one in the client’s home, delivering individualized behavioral support and implementing treatment plans tailored to the client’s needs.

Requirements

• BCBA certification or limited permit (required)
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
• Reliable and professional

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct ongoing assessments and track client progress
• Provide supervision and guidance as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure consistency of care
• Modify treatment strategies based on data and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
