BCBAs have the opportunity to work with clients through individual, group, and family therapy, while also collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team that includes Prescribers, Case Managers, and Direct Support. Salary: Starting at $75 - 100 / hr - depending upon education / experience / licensure Job Summary In conjunction with the remainder of each child’s treatment team, the Behaviorist plans and provides behavior management programs for youth enrolled in Residential Developmental Disability programs. Consumers will range in age from 16-20. Will provide related services to administrators, staff, parents, and the community as appropriate. Actively participates in the development and implementation of policies relative to the management of problematic behaviors. Responsible for identifying target behaviors, conducting the Functional Behavioral Assessments as well as behavior plan development. Will be responsible for obtaining all approvals and consents for the behavior plan, monitor all plans, supervise all documentation and be responsible for all training of staff involving in behavior plans.
