Requirements

Experience working with children with special needs
Ability to work on‑site in Winter Haven, FL, on a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Prior experience supervising RBTs
conducting FBAs
developing BIPs
providing parent training

Responsibilities

partner with teachers, families, and RBTs to conduct FBAs
craft individualized behavior intervention plans
set realistic, measurable goals for both skill acquisition and behavior reduction
lead with data-collecting, analyzing, and interpreting it to adjust treatment in real time
supervise RBTs
deliver parent training
celebrate meaningful wins that build confidence and independence for every child you serve
