We’re a small, BCBA woman-owned Bay Area agency building supportive, sane workloads for clinicians. We focus on early intervention using ABA principles to teach all 5 verbal operant i, and our Behavior Respite program is also staffed by trained RBTs/BTs and supervised by BCBAs and mid-level, who focus on safety, stability, and family quality of life —with lighter documentation than insurance-funded ABA and predictable, family-friendly schedules. You will oversee Behavior Technicians providing either early intervention Behavior or behavior Respite services for children and young adults served by the Regional Center. You’ll ensure services are safe, ethical, and consistent with BACB supervision standards and California Title 17/Regional Center requirements. (The early intervention is an intensive program, but the Behavior Respite is support-focused—not an intensive treatment.)
