About The Position

The BCBA will play a key role in delivering high-quality behavioral services as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. This full-time hybrid position combines the flexibility of remote work with periodic on-site responsibilities to support individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and special education challenges. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, proactive, and committed to evidence-based practices that make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Applicants must reside within 50 miles of the Georgia state border to allow for periodic on-site service delivery.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs preferred.
• Strong grasp of ABA principles, intervention strategies, and data collection methods.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting in-person obligations as needed.
• Strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Nice To Haves

• Background in special education or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with professionals across behavioral health, special education, and developmental disability sectors to enhance patient outcomes.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other direct care staff both virtually and in-person as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Attend scheduled on-site meetings, client visits, or training sessions when required (typically within your local service area).
• Stay current with the latest practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) through ongoing professional development.
