Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
State Licensure (if applicable)
Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills

Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $94,000 – $116,000 based on experience and clinical expertise.
Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly — because strong clinical outcomes should be rewarded.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.
