About The Position

At New Story Schools, we serve students ages 5–21 with autism and emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Guided by individualized learning, therapeutic integration, and collaboration, we empower students to grow and prepare for meaningful adult lives. Join our team and help students write their new story. As a BCBA Supervisor at New Story Schools, you will lead the development and oversight of behavior plans to ensure they align with each student’s IEP. You’ll coach, guide, and support staff in implementing best practices that create safe, effective learning environments for all students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or human services field (master’s preferred)
• Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license
• Minimum two years of clinical experience providing ABA services to children with disabilities
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavior support strategies
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with school leaders, educators, and service providers to ensure consistency between behavior plans and educational programming
• Supervise, coach, and support staff delivering ABA services to promote high-quality and ethical practice
• Review data and outcomes to make informed recommendations for plan updates
• Provide training and guidance on ABA strategies, de-escalation techniques, and safe learning environment practices
