About The Position

The BCBA Supervisor at PBS Fraser is responsible for implementing treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and related conditions. This role involves collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop effective behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers. The position emphasizes a person-centered approach and aims to create nurturing environments that facilitate behavior change and skill development.

Requirements

• BCBA or BCaBA certification (or expected to obtain certification soon).
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis and person-centered thinking.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Knowledge of positive behavior support strategies and multi-modal behavioral assessments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and related developmental and emotional concerns.
• Familiarity with Minnesota statute and rules related to behavioral health services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and family engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct curriculum assessments, functional behavior assessments, and task analysis to guide interventions.
• Use data collection and analysis to make data-driven decisions and refine interventions.
• Train and support parents, caregivers, and direct care staff in behavior management techniques.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to those pursuing BCBA certification or other relevant credentials.
• Work closely with families to ensure treatment plans are effectively implemented in home and community settings.
