About The Position

The BCBA Practicum Student / Case Manager position at Autism Planet ABA is designed for individuals enrolled in or recently graduated from Master's programs in Applied Behavior Analysis. Requirements

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• RBT credential
• Bachelor's Degree minimum requirement, Master's degree in progress or completed is preferred
• Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Complete restricted and unrestricted hours according to BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-7 with Autism
• Collect data on client progress and behavior, graph data, analyze data for a potential caseload under the supervision of BCBA
• Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
