Position Overview: Oversee the "Positive Pathways" program, providing direct and consultative support focused on proactive social-emotional growth for Pre-K to Grade 5. Develop, implement, and manage individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Deliver training and ongoing coaching to school staff on the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data-driven behavior strategies. Monitor and analyze behavior data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary program modifications.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Valid Connecticut Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (CT LBA eligible)
  • Prior experience in a school-based or clinical setting serving the Pre-K to elementary school population (Grades K-5)
