About The Position
We're seeking a new BCBA for our Life Skills Autism Academy! LSAA is a division of Centria Autism, where we are leading experts in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our clinicians develop individualized programs for each of our clients, targeting the goals of the client and family. Here, we focus our compassionate, assent-based techniques towards Early Intervention. LSAA is an ABA program for children, ages 6 and younger. A Supervising Clinician at Centria is somebody who not only believes in the core clinical values we hold as a company, but also respects the values of our clients. They are practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis in a way that is aligned with our Foundations of Care and is assent-based to our clients. The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA Therapy and provide proper guidance to our Behavior Technicians to ensure our clinical standards are being met.
