About The Position

The BCBA/LBA Supervisor at Compass Behavioral Group is responsible for managing a caseload of behavior support clinicians and providing individualized ABA therapy to families, particularly those with children facing developmental challenges. This role emphasizes a supportive and team-oriented work environment, focusing on continual self-improvement and mutual accountability. The supervisor will engage with families to set treatment goals, train caregivers, and ensure effective implementation of interventions in various settings.

Requirements

• BCBA or BCaBA certification required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience working with people with autism.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) eligibility within 1 month of hire.
• Supervising experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Valid driver's license and 3 years of licensed driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 4-5 behavior support clinicians, each with 2-3 clients.
• Meet with families at the start of treatment to identify client goals.
• Conceptualize each case with consultation and provide training to caregivers.
• Manage the implementation of interventions in home, community, and clinic settings.
• Provide care coordination and documentation to support treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based ABA practices and motivational interviewing to maintain family engagement.
• Adjust treatment plans to maximize efficacy for clients and families.
• Receive weekly support and consultation, and participate in bi-monthly groups for professional development.
