Requirements

Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst required
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Established management skills.

Nice To Haves

Clinical setting experience strongly preferred
Proficient in systems such as Central Reach.

Responsibilities

Case Oversight: Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans align with ABA best practices while maintaining 22 billable hours per week.
Caregiver Training: Conduct one-on-one and group caregiver training sessions to empower families and promote collaboration in supporting their child's progress.
Client Intakes and Treatment Plans: Complete client intake assessments and develop goal-driven treatment plans; regularly review and update based on client progress and data.
Monitor and mentor RBTs’ clinical performance, conduct regular meetings, and provide feedback and ongoing training to enhance skills and treatment implementation.
Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression.
Evaluate and adapt BIPs, diving continuous improvement and success.
Maintain meticulous client notes and data, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in therapy.
Cultivate a positive and supportive culture among our dedicated team, clients and families, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.
