The posted salary range reflects our California market and may vary depending on your experience, skills, and location. Final compensation is tailored to each candidate, with adjustments for high-demand regions such as Metro Los Angeles and other areas across California. Pay ranges may differ for positions outside the state.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
- Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are.
- Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
- Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals
Benefits
- Total Compensation: $84,000k – $103,000k (Based on Experience, Role, & Region)
- Up to $6,000 in performance bonuses
- $3,000 annual tuition reimbursement
- $1,000 CEU stipend for ongoing certification & growth
