Requirements

  • BCBA certified
  • In good standing with the BACB
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred (bonus points if it's with kiddos on the spectrum)
  • Nailed the BACB Supervisor Training and are all about those 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
  • Top-notch communication skills, can write a killer report, and manage a team like a pro
  • Deadline-meeting, time-managing machine, working solo with minimal oversight
  • Must submit a transcript showing your Masters degree and BCBA Certification
  • Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
  • Keep your TB test and BLS training up-to-date
  • Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
