About The Position

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our program in West Covina, CA Work under the direction of a Psychologist with a team of experienced BCBAs. This is a great opportunity for an experienced BCBA looking for career growth and access to continued trainings. Small case load, community based travel and the ability to develop your clinical skills. Provide training and ongoing support for robots during the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration and operation within the team. Earn up to $44.50/hour, equivalent to $92,500–$92,560 annually, plus mileage reimbursement. Position Details

Requirements

  • Master’s degree required with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Licensed BCBA Professional in the state of California
  • 2+ years of experience providing direct services to clients with various developmental disabilities, behavioral health diagnosis, and/or severe behavior challenges in a hospital, behavioral health, home-based, educational, or social services setting preferably cross-age groups.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • NADD - Clinical Certification (Preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Observe and interact with clients and home staff to provide behavior analysis insights, offering recommendations to the BCBA and administrative teams. Follow up regularly to ensure ongoing support and collaboration.
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) by observing participants in various settings, utilizing data from reports to inform your assessments, and working closely with other team members to develop behavior support plans that support individualized care and progress within a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Collect and analyze behavior data through progress notes, synthesizing it into reports using Power BI. Monitor both micro and macro-level data to assess outcomes related to individual goals, aiming to reduce incidents and prevent re-hospitalization. Collaborate with teams to refine strategies for effective care.
  • Provide training and ongoing support for robots during the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration and operation within the team.
