Requirements

• BCBA certification + relevant master’s degree
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• ABA experience (2+ years preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and support their growth
• Conduct assessments (including FBAs) and track client progress
• Collaborate with families to reinforce meaningful outcomes
• Ensure high-quality, data-driven care and documentation
