Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child. Your Role As a BCBA Clinical Manager, you’ll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You’ll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
  • Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
  • Provide parent coaching and support
  • Maintain quality documentation and reports
  • Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
  • Stay current with research and share best practices with the team
