Requirements

  • Masters Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
  • 3 Years of Experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst – preferably in a clinic setting.
  • State license, as required
  • Experience working with children with autism and related disorders
  • Passion for building, growth and innovation

Responsibilities

  • Support the financial health of the clinic.
  • Manage intakes for new patients (timelines, assigning to BCBA s, review of initial paperwork to ensure eligibility)
  • Support CSM with scheduling.
  • Conduct interviews for BT, RBT, and BCBA positions.
  • Build relationships with teammates and families.
  • Utilize OBM principles to create a positive work/team culture.
  • Monitor BCBA treatment hours and support effective time management skills.
  • Conduct and lead weekly leadership meetings.
  • Monitor performance of teammates and utilize best practices for providing feedback including supporting in biannual teammate evaluations.
  • Accountable for initial onboarding for (R)BTs and BCBAs , including completion of required competency checks.
  • Accountable for ongoing teammate training.
  • Conduct quality audits for treatment plans and learning trees
  • Support BCBAs with transition and discharge, including final approval of any titration plans
  • Create a dynamic, supportive and collaborative team environment felt by teammates, patients, and families.
