Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience.
• 1 year of experience as a BCBA, in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Interest in growing as a leader and excitement to train, manage, and mentor a team of pediatric professionals.

Responsibilities

• Enhance ABA efficiency and productivity.
• Involve in hiring RBTs and BCBAs.
• Oversee management of clinical quality measures.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives.
