About The Position

At North Shore Pediatric Therapy, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of clinicians in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is not just about managing a caseload; it's about making a real difference in the lives of children and families. You will work alongside a diverse team of professionals, including BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, neuropsychologists, and mental health providers, to deliver comprehensive care that is tailored to each child's unique needs. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving clinical quality, fostering a culture of growth, and ensuring that every child receives the support they deserve.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois and in good standing.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
• Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow your BCBA + RBT teams while supporting interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Drive clinical quality, training, and performance standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new clinicians.
• Partner with doctors, teachers, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers to deliver wraparound care.
• Support strategic planning, efficiency, and operational improvements across programs.
• Build a culture of collaboration, growth, and support.
