Melmark is a nonprofit organization providing clinically-sophisticated evidence-based special education, residential, vocational, and therapeutic services for children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, developmental and intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, medical complexities, and other neurological and genetic disorders. The Outreach and Consultation BCBA provides educational and behavioral consultation to families, Early Intervention providers, and other service agencies to support the needs of children with autism spectrum disorders. This role includes conducting assessments, developing curriculum and behavior support plans, designing data collection systems, and training and supervising ABA Counselors. With opportunities to work in center-based, home, and community settings, this position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can apply your expertise and make a meaningful impact. Schedule and Salary Information Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts starting between 830a and 6:00pm Center-based with some travel to homes and community sites Pay range from $73-87k per year depending on experience
