Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification and applicable New Jersey licensure (required)
  • Strong applied ABA experience
  • Experience in treatment planning and goal development
  • Ability to supervise clinical teams and implement behavior plans effectively

Responsibilities

  • As a BCBA, you will lead ABA programming and support client progress through individualized treatment.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluate skill and behavior data
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Create, oversee, and adjust behaviour intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide supervision and training to ABA staff
  • Maintain required documentation and ensure clinical quality standards
