About The Position
The Behavior Technician must be proficient in data entry, skilled at working with students from multiple demographics, and must have good communication skills as well as compassion for the needs of a diverse student and family population. The technician will be expected to work inside and outside of the classroom to implement behavioral strategies, collaborate with staff members, and develop a positive climate.
