We support every BCBA and behavior analyst with strong mentorship, resources, and clinical leadership so you can deliver high-quality care with confidence. (BCBA / Analyst Role) Active BCBA certification and licensure 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures Ability to lead and instruct therapists
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and licensure (required)
- Strong applied ABA experience
- Treatment planning + goal writing experience
- Ability to lead clinical teams and implement behavior plans
