About The Position

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-clinic services at our state-of-the-art Winter Park office and in early childcare center settings in Orlando. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide direct Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities and supervise the agency’s Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The contract BCBA will complete initial assessments (including Functional Behavioral Assessments) for incoming clients as well as re-assessments for continued services.

Requirements

  • Must have current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
  • Must have a Medicaid provider number.
  • At least 2+ years of experience providing ABA therapy services.
  • At least 1+ years of supervisor experience.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ABA program in clinic and early childcare settings, ensuring adherence to agency safety guidelines.
  • Provide required supervision to agency RBTs working on assigned cases.
  • Maintain direct client services and supervision records and documentation according to agency policy and procedure guidelines.
  • Create and implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
  • Collect and record data accurately and complete treatment notes in a timely manner.
  • Strictly follow Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) guidelines and codes of conduct at all times.
  • Supervision with a supervising BCBA will be required for 5-10% of total direct hours with each client, provided through Kinder Konsulting.
  • Receive supervision and training from experienced clinicians who have been with the company for over ten years, ensuring stability and consistency.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and behavior analysts.
