BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst)

As we gear up for exciting expansions in our programs and services, we are looking to bring onboard a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about the families we serve. Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection methodologies.
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices and therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Responsibilities
- Design, oversee, and assess treatment programs that promote social, communication, and behavioral growth in children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and supervision to RBTs and clinical staff
- Conduct assessments, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely updates to treatment plans
- Support and engage with families through training, collaboration, and advocacy
- Champion program effectiveness by analyzing data and ensuring consistent progress tracking
- Bring creativity and insight to enhance our behavioral services as we continue to grow
