The Autism Clinic, a division of the nationally recognized non-profit, Hope, provides the highest quality therapeutic services to local communities. Serving children, ages 2 – 8, The Autism Clinic offers applied behavior analytic services (ABA), parent and family guidance, and in some settings, speech therapy. Requirements

  • Master’s degree and an active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB, or a Master’s degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
  • Thorough understanding of the principles of ABA.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the ethical and evidence-based delivery of behavior analytic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Provides clinical case management for assigned caseload, including completing assessments, conceptualizing goals, recommending therapy hours, creating treatment plans, and reviewing data.
  • Involves the entire family or caregivers in treatment, providing training goals and frequent updates on progress.
  • Completes all required documentation accurately and within required timelines.
  • Accepts supervisory feedback and adjusts behavior and practices accordingly.
